Ive alost call from this # but when I tried to cll back the recording said that # was not in service

This is the second time I have received a call from this number. The first time was a spanish recording. I missed the second time. When I try to call back, the phone rings busy. I don't even know how they got my cell phone number because I don't give it out, except for work.

Someone has been calling me from this number. This is already the third time (that I'm aware of) within the past week. I finally answered today and the man said he was calling in regards to an online college degree which I requested information. I asked him where he was calling from and he said he could not disclose this information but that it was to help people further their college education. I told him I never requested any information because I'm already attending college somewhere and asked him where he got my number from. He said I filled out an online survey and then asked me where I go to school. I didn't disclose this information to him and also, I never filled anything out so I told him to delete my phone number from their database. He said I had to do that myself and then immediately hung up.
